Processing Time:

My processing time varies per item/collection/drop. Most special drops consist of items that are ready to ship! Most of my core pieces are treated as "made to order earrings" this is so that they are accessible all year round as they are great basic earring styles!

Processing time to ship earrings varies between 5-10 business days.

Pre-order item processing time is 5-10 business days.

Shipping Terms:

Your delivery date will depend on which shipping method you use. If you need something shipped out quicker please e-mail me to ensure that I can fulfill your request!

I am not responsible for how USPS delivers your orders or handles your orders. Once I drop orders off to the post office it is out of my hands. However, if an issue does come up please e-mail me right away so that I can come up with a solution & make things right. Customer service is important to me and it's something I take very seriously.

International Shipping:

I am currently offering shipping to Canada & the UK! Shipping speeds vary & on average can take about 2 weeks for your order to be delivered from the time I drop it off to the post office. If customs requires you to pay a fee before you can receive your package please understand that I am not responsible for that fee. I have shipped to the UK & Canada several times and that has happened on one occasion & I was informed by the customer this happened to that it's not unusual & that it's quite common. If you have any issues at all with your international order please do not hesitate to contact me to get it resolved!
