Please read carefully!
If you need/want to cancel your order you have 24 hours to do so. I can only allow this window for cancellations because I typically start working on orders right away.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
I do not offer exchanges. If you have an issue with your order please contact me for further assistance. Please read further for return/refund conditions. To contact me please e-mail me at email@example.com or fill out the contact form on my page!
I cannot accept or provide the option for a return or refund for custom orders because custom orders are made as requested & extra time goes into making a custom order.
Returns or Refunds cannot be made on items that are marked as Pre-Orders or Clearance.
Returns or Refunds will not be made if you loose your product or break your product. (Please read my care instructions tab for more information on caring for your pieces).
In order to confirm if you're eligible for a return or refund you must e-mail me with your order number & reason for the request, I will then review your reason/issue/ or concern and determine per my policies if you're eligible for one.
Damages or Issues:
If your product arrives to you damaged from shipping contact me via e-mail and provide me with photos and then we will resolve the issue. I am not responsible for how the post office handles your orders. If your order gets lost due to an error on their end please e-mail me to discuss your options.
If you have any issues with your product please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your issue & so that we can resolve your issue.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
